Cal question

    If I'm cooking pasta with olive oil, do I record the full amount of oil as having consumed it?

    Good question -- I don't know but thought I'd give you a bump since the 'experts' aren't answering my question or yours!

    I have no idea. What about after you cook the pasta, measure any remaining oil and subtract that and count the rest as consumed. Thats just a guess, no idea.

    I would just estimate. Its going to really hard to get the exact amount.

    if you are cutting... yes, record all used oil in the assumption you are taking it in regarding both fat and cal's.

    if you are not cutting... who gives a fuck.
