    I know several of us want to lose weight, some little guys want to build muscle. Some of us are cutting and want a nice place to bitch about it. Picture evidence/support and all that bullshit might help out.

    i was gonna spend another month gaining weight, but changed my mind instead. think i'll be able to break a barrier this time. if i end up hovering again, hopefully i hover at about 10 pounds less then before and carry more muscle then last time.

    Hillary, you kinda look like you put some weight on, would you say that was a result of returning to the states? I know i put alot on when i returned from thailand and ended up eating my old ways, and not being as active as i was. and the heat wasn't there either.

    I want to lose weight.......Being 6'4 290-300 is a bit big......225-240 would be perfect......

    Hil, with as much as you train, I don't understand the weight issue. Do you just not watch what you eat at all?

    Also :rofl: at the hair comment, I immediately thought of my cocker spaniel when we let his hair grow too long around his face/ears.

    Reason: From that point, I can cut down to about 205 and be shredded and keep some good size. I'll also be able to make 185lbs for BJJ and MMA(jumping back in the game, especially for BJJ, MMA if the hand can handle it, going to test it out over the next few weeks)

    Pictures make me look bigger, honestly. I'm pretty fit and have the girly lines on my abs. Those are the least flattering picture angles and I made a point not to suck anything in.

    I'm the exact same weight as Brazil, slightly less muscle mass. Here I'm only getting an hour or two of training in a day.

    I've always had a very slow metabolism.

    Normal day for me, eating wise:

    Breakfast: Granola, 1 Cup Plain Lowfat Yogurt, Banana or Apple
    Lunch: Chicken Breast, Salad w/no cheese, bacon, or fatty dressing.
    Afternoon: 2 Eggs or Homemade Smoothie
    Dinner: Sandwich (Wheat/Turkey/Cheese/Lettuce/Tomato) or a lean meat and grilled veggies.

    Problem is, most of the meats and veggies here are prepared by the cafeteria. I can't afford my own groceries and scholarship covers all the food, so they're probably slathering a lot of my meals in grease and nasty.

    I don't eat to lose weight, but I certainly don't eat to where I should be as heavy as I am. I've struggled with weight my whole life. Never been big because my parents don't believe in self esteem and called me a fatty and force fed me slimfast if I was gaining, but never been like the skinny bitches.

    Super skinny brother that eats whatever the fuck he wants and I'm like this. Dad that's 60 and hardly an ouce of fat...solid muscle. I don't get it.

    dude you look just like your av. 131 isn't bad for 5'4" i don't think. seems proportional

    People keep telling me that whenever I post my pic :o

    My ultimate weight I want to be at is at least 145-150, that way I can cut down to 135 and fight there. So I minus whale start now on gaining weight because I sure as hell don't want to fight at 125. :o

    jesus christ, I didnt know you were 200+ I always thought you were like 155. Didnt you say you were the smaller of all the guys that you bounce with?
