whats up guys and girl, the past couple weeks i have been having a really tough time, some very negative things have happened to me and im in for a major life haul. Im probably moving to hong kong, but i am going to miss all my friends and my family, and my little sweetheart. My whole fams and friends think its the right thing to do, i know this belongs in the emo forum but i dont wanna post this to a bunch of strangers. Anyways, this has seriously hindered my will to train and go to they gym. I also have taken up smoking again, not much but still its not good. How do you guys stay motivated by all the bullshit? I have lost 20 lbs in the past 5 months, but now i have gained about ten back. And its not like im super fucking depressed or anything, just MEH. It sucks.
