    whats up guys and girl,
the past couple weeks i have been having a really tough time, some very negative things have happened to me and im in for a major life haul. Im probably moving to hong kong, but i am going to miss all my friends and my family, and my little sweetheart.
My whole fams and friends think its the right thing to do, i know this belongs in the emo forum but i dont wanna post this to a bunch of strangers.

Anyways, this has seriously hindered my will to train and go to they gym. I also have taken up smoking again, not much but still its not good.
How do you guys stay motivated by all the bullshit?
I have lost 20 lbs in the past 5 months, but now i have gained about ten back.
And its not like im super fucking depressed or anything, just MEH.
    It sucks.

My training is driven by competition, so any time I want to skip or eat something bad I remember that there's someone else somewhere that's training and eating right and I don't want to get a step behind. I also watch vids of guys like Marcelo Garcia and Renato Tavares, not big guys but have used their size and manipulated their games to dominate.

I've been past "meh" and into full blown depression that ended up with me in therepy.

The one thing that stuck with me that I kept telling my self that really helped was "this to shall pass".

If you need to talk to someone that has really hit bottom depression wise and coped with it in many unhealthy ways hit me up on PM or Aim(same name).

It gets better. Its hard to realize at the time, but eventually you will dig your self out.

I know the feeling of moving away from all of your friends and family its a bit scary but having done it a few times I have never regretted it. The big thing I found was get into a routine quickly when you get there which helps get back into that safe comfortable zone.

All I can offer in advice for training is to get some goals for your training I find if im training with no goal (a fight or competition) I tend to get a bit lost and apathetic.

working and all the bills and bullshit in life stress me out pretty bad. Training kind've keeps me in check, so that's my motivation.

I try to find a way to vent when stuff like that happens. I try to do the things that will make me a better person when I go through situations like that. If you cant train Muay Thai you can still do a ton of other things. I try to make myself realized that if I allow all things to get worse it will make my "recovery" much harder. If you at least workout on your own or find something that you wanted to do to become a better person, that will help you get out of a rut much easier. This is what I have been trying to do as of late and it helps. The things you can control...control them. You are in control of whether or not you can smoke, but from what it looks like not in control of if you have to go to hong kong, so be proactive in those things you can control. I hope this helps.

    Thats the fucking truth.

If I've learned anything in the last 6 months is that money doesn't buy happiness. Being near the people you care about does. I'm 7 thousand miles away from my GF and its killing me.

Having money can relieve stress. But it won't make you happy.

I thought it would. I would take a huge pay cut to have my GF around me.

Oh well, nothing to be done about it now.

I can't wait to leave this country.

My hotel in Australia is walking distance from a topless beach.

    Don't back down, brotato.

But seriously, why would you move to Hong Kong? Being away from friends and family will only exacerbate the problem.

I know what you;'re saying, we all deal with that same shit on different scales but essentially if you "have" money.. and spend it properly, it will buy you happiness.

It will get you less stress and allow you enjoy the things you already have.

I used to think having a 60K a year job was going to make me rich and I was finally gonna be happy. Jeff kept telling me different. Now I understand.

I realized I'm about to buy a nice car. One of the reasons I like cars is because of my car friends. I don't have any up there. I'm going to enjoy it, but I wish I could go do all the car stuff I did down south with my friends.

I had a guy tell me that hes gonna come to Saudi for a year because he got a job making 28K a year. I laughed in his face.

Told him I wouldn't live in this place for less than 150K a year tax free.

They are lucky I'm sticking around for 3 weeks. Can you imagine giving up everyone you love for a year for 28K?! Fuck that noise.
