So caffeine is a vasoconstrictor (right?), and arginine products are intended to be a vasodiolator, then what is it about the products like SuperPump250 and White Flood that allows the two to be combined and still have a "pump" effect? I am trying to decide on a preworkout combo and I was leaning towards seperate products like beta alanine, cee, caffeine tabs, and some form of arginine, but would the arginine be a waste of money? Will the EC stack counter the effects of any arginine I may use, or should I use the arginine like 1-2 hours preworkout, then the stack 30-45 minutes before? Thoughts?
