Buying wheels for a bike?

    possibly used? are wheels a generall size or bike specific. a shop is telling me its 600 for a rear and 550 for a front without tired. i dont know much but let me know if its possible to get wheels for cheaper out there.

    maybe a used bike parts fourm?

    Unless you're racing or happen to have money flowing from your ass, there's no reason to switch to aftermarket wheels on a bike.

    Most motorcycle wheels are bike specific. What type of bike are you planning mounting the rims to?sports bike? cruiser?chopper?
