New 08' ibis white, DSG trans, nav, titanium pkg (blacked out grille, 18" RS4-type wheels), open sky dual sunroof, 2-tone seats etc etc - msrp 42k hoping to pick it up quite a bit cheaper.

Same HP as my old 01' S4 so it should be decently quick, not looking to mod it so could care less about turbo vs. non-turbo.

What's OT's take? :noes: Anything comparable i'm missing? Pretty slick ride IMO :coolugh: - can't do sedan with baby in the next year or two and a great dane I have to cart around occasionally...

Here we go - just like this one:

Do it. It's a classy R32 with 4 doors.

Yeah sat in the R32 and it felt pretty cheap in comparison. Felt like a tin can when you shut the door...

    nice ninja edit :)

I really do not think they are 40k, I did a PDI on a A4 Avant Titanium and it was priced at 46k

Ya - shame they won't bring the S3 over here. Looked hard at the S4 Avant which is so much more car, but they are damn near impossible to come by and I don't have a long time to wait for an order. Not to mention they come in at nearly 20K more...

I liked the A3 a lot, but ended up with a completely loaded 2.0T Avant instead... More space, real quattro, better ride quality, everything was better really.

The 2.0T is > 3.2 when chipped aside from sound, IMO.

Nice but way over priced IMO. Enjoy the hell out of it until it's out of warranty and then gtfo.

Mind me asking what you paid? What year? A4 Avant would be nice, but I know I would regret not ponying up for the S...

I love A3's with a passion, but could never justify the price of one new. I'm sure with a year or two on the clock they'll be a lot easier to get into when my WRX finally dies.

I'm a Subaru fan, but if he's looking at an Audi he will NOT be satisfied with the interior or fit/finish of any subaru car.
