Anyone know of any sites that sell ammo at a cheaper price than you can find at a gun store/range?

for 9mm, go to walmart. If you're just looking for range ammo, that is...

Wal-Mart, Winchester White Box, 100 Round Value Pack, $18.42/100 rounds. Hard to beat it for plinking ammo.

    Edit: beat me to it.

Depends on the caliber. You cant beat Walmart for 9mm. Even after the price hike

what all do you need for a reloading setup? Is it that much cheaper than buying ammo?

I would like a break down also from someone who reloads 9mm. I did a calculation few weeks ago and it looked like I would be saving about 4 cents per round if I was using a FMJ bullet and about 8cents with lead bullets (cost of labor and brass not included).
