buying a new gaming pc

    what do you guys think. i want to use this computer for gaming.

    1 GB more RAM would make a good difference, I'd personally get 1 powerful card as opposed to SLI, and that sound card is both reputed to have bad drivers, and I have personal experience with it. I bought the platinum version a while back, for 200 or so dollars. I don't use it.

    Take that as what you will =P

    You're much better off getting one 8800GTS if possible. 2 GB RAM will also make a large difference. Everything else looks good; I have the same sound card and have had no problems with it.

    ugh.... build one.


    as said above though, add another gig of RAM, get a different sound card
