I am looking at buying a digital camera (finally), My digital camcorder was always good enough, but now I want something more portable for the beach and shit...

Is 2 megapixels good enough for basically internet use...Im not gonna be taking any crazy pics or anything...Any suggestions would be greatly appriceiated...

Heres what I have found in my price range so far...

Canon A60 (my g/f has the A80 and I really enjoy it, but too expensive for what I want to use it for)

You should be able to pick up an A70 cheaper than that A60 is listed for.

Well just buy a camera based on how much you know about cameras and how much you will use it. If you are a n00b buy a lower level camera like the fujifilm finepix s5000. Then as you excel look into digital SLRs. I highly reccomend the Nikon d70, great cam for $1,000. :big grin:
