I was checking out A LOT of places online to buy the gear for my new system, and came across some of the cheapest prices anywhere and www.buyriteelectronics.com .

I was just curious to find out if anyone had any personal dealings with them? I found them listed on Reseller Ratings, and most of the reviews were pretty good... though a few of them were not so good. I know sometimes, people leave crappy reviews when one little thing doesn't go as they wish.

Any information would be great. Thanks in advance.

I don't know anything about them, but are there prices that much better than the next more reputable online dealer to justify dealing with this company? That's the question I would ask myself.

2 amps... $300 EACH retail at Crutchfield.com (known reputable online dealer)

2 amps... $283.95 for BOTH at Buy Rite.

My math says that's pretty darn good.

Hey, do you happen to have a list of the other online audio dealers you searched?

is the only other one I can think of right now. Still a little early to be thinking. If I think of any others today, I will post them tonight after work.

Crutchfield is the most expensive stuff out there. Only use them as reference or information on products.

I just looked at that site and they appear to only sell Sony Xplode amplifiers.

    Are you sure about this?

That's what I'm getting... the new Specialty Series.

    IBsonysucksbuyXbrandinstead.

Talked to a few people that were at CES and they say that Sony's Escalade was quite impressive with these amps in it. I found even better prices on ebay, so I'm going to buy them from there instead of buyrite or OCS.

Should work well with my Polk Audio components and subs.
