Butt Loss Excercises?

    What specific excercises should I be doing to lose inches in my buttox? It's the source of most of my fat and I'd like to get rid of it. :(

    I only just recently started doing cardio again, and I do about 15 minutes of stationary biking and 35 minutes of walk/run on the treadmill. Is this about all I can do to lose the fat outta my ass? I'm probably going to buy mountain bike, as I haven't rode a bicycle in many years, and I'm actually missing it...

    Get a better diet, lift weights, continue doing cardio

    u must be female...pics so i can choose the best solution...prefer pics in a thong if your under 150, over 150 just post in a shower curtain with leg holes

    let's be serial here:
    there are alot of leg excercises that can target the butt area.

    I eat maybe once or twice a day at most, never a full three meals. I have a habit of not finishing meals. What leg excercises besides running/cycling target the ass?

    And I'm a dude, thanks for trying.

    believe it or not eating once or twice a day does not help you at all.. you should be eating 5-6 small meals spread throughout the day.. your "diet" accomplishes nothing but slaughtering your metabolism
