Just wondering what are usually the busiest/peak hours at your gym?
Sunday at 11am
agreed. mondays tend to be the busiest. it seems most people won't work out all weekend then start fresh monday
mon-thurs 6-8pm really bad.
Yup. And depending on the gym, you can stretch that into 9 PM.
Thanks for the replies, I was just curious because I usually go around 11Pm/12Am but soon might have to change to 5am/6am..anyone go that early?
usually 3-6 and 7-10
mondays and tuesdays
5 pm - 10 pm.
Basically anytime from 10AM to 10PM, so I go in somewhere around 11p-1am
I usually haven't even gone to bed yet at that time.
monday from 5-6 is just ridiculous at my gym
I work at a gym that caters to the independently wealthy crowd. Meaning that they don't have to work.
We are busiest between 8:45am and 11:30am.
It picks up again at about 3:30pm... we have a kids swim team and lessons that take over the place.
all the fucking kids are there to go swimming and make it impossible to get to the weights
sunday and saturday are slow
My gym is packed Monday-Friday from 6 to 10pm. I went this Sunday at 10 instead of 8 and it was really busy too.
do you guys try to avoid peak times, or do you like it when it's busy? (more eye candy?)
6 a.m. & 4.30 - 6.30 p.m.
I avoid peak time like the plague
yeah, mon, and wednesday between 5 and 8pm are the worst
which is why i train Sun, Tues, Thurs betwee 7-8:30
that's when all the teens come in to bench press and work on thier abs.
