    Good Mornings - 95lb x 12, 10. 105lb x 8.

    Shoulder Press - 5 reps x (20, 25, 30, 35, 40)

    Pullups - Assisted. 40lb assistance x 5, 5 (kinda pussy 4/5th reps)
    60lb assistance x 6, 6.

    Punching Bag.

    ~8 laps sprinting 1 length/lap


    legs are sore as shit...

    Way too tired to workout... moved day 3 routine to sunday again.

    Ran ~3km. cramped up brutally cause i had just eaten and hadn't ran in a while. run again tomorrow? also sore as shit after fighting last night 3 times. :noes:

    3 Weeks Progress

    After 3 weeks on Christophers routine i have made fairly decent gains considering how slow I improved on my last routine. I have concluded that my last routine was simply too complicated. I have upped my Squat by 20lb, my Deadlift by 15lb, and my Benchpress by 15lb, since the first day of this program. Collectively i have made 50lb of gains to the "Big Three" in only 10 workouts. I can now do 6-7 Dips without stopping, whereas in june i could do only 2-3. I'm still having trouble with those damn Pull-ups though.

    Current weight is floating around 190lb. Down from ~200lb at the end of exams. :wiggle:

    Pull Ups - 40 lb Assisstance F6, F4, F4, F3. (I fucking hate pull ups, lets try Lat pull downs next workout)

    Punching Bag - 10 Minutes.

    Jog/Sprint Intervals - 5 laps.

    Couldn't lift. so fucking tired from school, and getting 4 hours of sleep/night...

    Not gonna lift next week because of ISU/Exam, cardio every other night hopefully.

    Starting week of August 1st lift consistantly upping 15lb total/week.
