Stupid question and I don't know where to put this...

If I have a video on my computer is there any way to put it on multiple 700 MB Memorex disks? I know they are usually used for music or data, but will it play in my DVD player? If so, how is it done?

You want to rip a DVD to CD and have those CDs playable in a DVD player?
Then you want to make atleast a VCD which is slightly better than VHS quality and you can get about 80mins of playback time onto a 700MB CDR.
Or you can make it a SVCD (Super-VCD) which is much higher quality, not near as good as DVD of course, however you're limited to something around 40-50mins of playback per 700MB CDR.

Go to http://www.videohelp.com and you read some of the many guides they have there and each guide can link you to the tools they use.
