burning dvd movies?

    is there some kind of FAQ out there on how to copy a DVD so it works on your home dvd player?

    it's not legal to crack dvd encryption, so you know.

    I find DVD encryption to be illegal in my books because it prevents us from exercising one of our rights granted by the courts.

    then feel free to take them to court on that. They've been there, and they won.

    I do agree with you, but I understand why they have it, and if it's legal for em to have it, then it's not legal for you to crack it. That's the law. You may not agree with it's purpose, but then that's not the point -- you can't choose which laws to follow.

    It's like software, you agree to their terms by using it.
