Burning belly fat. How do you get rid of it (other than running)

    I want to get rid of the belly fat so I can start doing ab exercises. What's some good ways of burning away belly fat?

    You can't burn fat away from a single area. You have to lose it all over. 12% body fat starts to show abs, but they are made in the kitchen bro.

    I think green tea is good for you but nothing short of a miraculous dietary turn-around and dedication to physical exercise will help you. If you are a big fat shit, than green tea is like trying to power the titanic with a bedsheet sail.

    diet is the key to actually seeing your abs.

    Additionally, you should be working your abs anyways for core strength. If your core is weak, your form with other exercises is going to suck.

    What's wrong with running? If the answer to that question is because u don't want to run or bc u're too lazy then don't even bother.

    What kind of answer are you fishing for here? Do you actually think there's even a remote chance that simply by drinking a lot of green tea your body fat will drop to the point you will have visible abs?

    Guess what, if you're looking for an easy answer THERE ISN'T ONE. Eat right and exercise!!!!

    Abs start to show on women at a higher body fat % than men, but only because of T & A.
