You could burn to a regular CD and it should play fullscreen on a DVD player if you convert it to MPEG. I guess that would waste a lot of cd's, but you could use a RW or something.

You dont need to make fancy menus. Just convert the avi/mpeg into vob files... put one episode per chapter so you can easily navigate between episodes. Burn the vob files to a dvd... piece of cake :)

either of those work quite well. I personally have the modded xbox except mine is hard modded. Some of my friends have that phillips dvd/divx player both solutions work well to watch anime on the big screen.

first I use a program call TMPGEnc to convert (avi to mpeg)..then use a program like Ulead Video Studio to customize and burn it...(each dvd-r holds at most 9 episodes, and it took me at least 1 hr and a half to burn just one disk (with a 8x burner :squint: )

i use nero 6 ultra, if its leter boxed i leave it a 3/4 bt full screen i set it to the other higher setting, i might not *fill* the screen but i can read the the subs. i used a double pass and i set it up b4 i go to bed and let it burn over night. takes about 4 hours and the set up for menus (with music and back grounds is easy) i take about 5 mins to set it for burning.

Aw, I have quite a few OGM files.. Oh well, could probably convert them to avi or something, and that's still pretty cool.
