Man I was going to lift in my first meet this weekend, got a called today...CANCELLED!

I guess its good so I can work with my suit and shirt more. Yesterday was the first day I ever wore a squat suit. I never had over 425 on my back. Put the suit on, 405 down and up easy. 450 down and up easy. 500...down and up easy.

Noone fuckin told me that suits hurt like a bitch either.

Yea well my University is trying to start up their own PL team. Last spring we held a meet and it had a great turn out. I guess since there is a meet that is more established within the next month noone was going to attend ours.

for whatever reason with me it's the knee wraps that make the biggest difference. They just throw everything into place. I think a good portion of that is mental but they do give a huge boost anyway

Trying to jump in the talent pool since the USAPL title hasn't left the state in years.
