I've seen information posted somewhere before concerning optimal bullet weights for AR15s with a given barrel twist. Can't seem to find it now though. Do you any of you guys have that info?

I'm specifically looking for the best performing bullet weights for a 1/9 twist.

The 3 gun guys like 62gr hpbt out of 16 and 14.5 1x9 barrels. Some people claim they can get 69's and 75's to stablize and it might be a case by case situation with the particular barrel. I've seen 69's and 75's keyhole on close paper and CHS on the long range steel

Would the extra length of an 18" or 20" barrel make a difference?
