So, im about to start bulking.... Im currently 5'7 160lbs. over the past year or so ive been working on cutting down my body fat and im now at the point where i want to start buliding myself back up. what im concerned about is that i want to improve, but i dont want end up like i was... fat. what im looking for is any suggestions as far as what my daily diet should include to help me gain muscle and strength without becoming a mirror image of my past self.

I can post my clean bulking grocery list if you'd like. It's been working quite well for me, so far.

I don't see you getting fat if you eat what I listed. I eat like 4,000 cals. a day and I'm gaining mostly it seems LBM and minimal amounts of fat. :dunno:

Perhaps you're not eating enough calories? Maybe it's your training? :dunno:

im starting to think its just my body type...... im in shape, train hard 3-4 times a week with alternate routines that i change every 4-6 weeks... i just figured that my body wasnt getting the proper nutrition with the "clean bulk" to advance.

Set up an account over at fitday.com or some other site like that and track how many calories you're eating throughout the day.

Let us have a figure of how much you eat in a day.
