Since I'm no longer a fatass - http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=2357122 - I figure it's time to add some more muscle mass. But I'm not exactly sure how to play it. I've still got what I consider to be a sizeable amount of fat, evidenced in these pics: http://www.wtfhost.com//files/176/bodybuilding/feb24/fat1.jpg http://www.wtfhost.com//files/176/bodybuilding/feb24/fat2.jpg http://www.wtfhost.com//files/176/bodybuilding/feb24/fat3.jpg http://www.wtfhost.com//files/176/bodybuilding/feb24/fat4.jpg The problem is, I want to be lean for the summer. I live on a lake and plan to enjoy no longer being a fat fuck. With that in mind, what do the F&N brollies suggest I do? I see pretty much two options here (but feel free to suggest others): 1) Continue cutting for another month to get even leaner, then go hardcore bulk into summer and hope I don't put on a shitton of fat. 2) Bulk for 2 or 3 months then cut, hopefully losing enough fat fast enough to look good for at least part of summer. I don't REALLY like either of the options. I've never done a proper bulk so i have no idea how much fat my body is going to put on. If I can add lean mass almost exclusively, option 1 seems better- just bulk right through summer and into fall/winter. But being a former fatty I would not bet on that happening. However, three months seems too short for a good bulk - I'd be lucky to put on 10 pounds of lean mass in that much time. I feel like i'd be shorting myself some solid gains. Thoughts?
