I made one that I've been using for the last two weeks. But I'm afraid I might get sick of it after awhile. Post some good ones here.

    My current: :yum:
    8oz yogurt
    8oz 2% milk
    2-3 egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    1 1/2 cup oats
    1 large banana
    3-4 TBSP Natty PB
    1.5-2 scoops Whey

I blend yogurt, milk, eggs, and oats first to mash up the oats. Barely noticeable when I do this.

Then I add banana and PB. Blend

While Blending I add whey so it doesn't collect on the sides.

It's moderately thick. Like a smoothie should be.

3 scoops mass meal, 10oz skim milk, 1-2 tbsp orange metamucil. :dunno: about 600 cals and not very filling, so I can usually eat a large meal an hour or so later.

2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1-2tbsp metamucil, and 10oz milk is also about the same macro (less carbs)

At roughly 1600 calories I call that a "getting fat" shake not a bulking shake.

  14. I was just about to post 1600. There's no need for that many calories in one sitting. Make it like 24oz and sip on it through the day.

i've done this before and its
actually i don't like to throw the PB in with the shake, b/c it overpowers the awesomeness of the shake. But peanut better plain and drinking the shake is awesome.
