I've started trying to bul recently and it's going quite well, so far in 8 weeks I've gained 15lbs doing my bodyfat calulations it breaks down like this gain: 8lbs lean mass 7lbs fat I'm basically trying to eat sensibly and lift as heavy weights as I can. is my weight gain about right? or should i try to gain less fat? I'm currently 170@ 18% BF whereas previously I was 154@ 16%bf I am 5foot11 inches. my goal is about 180lbs @ 12% BF, its taken me a long time to start putting on weight and its difficult for me to eat a lot as I don't really enjoy food. Motiviation for the gym is easy, motivation to eat is something I have to push every single meal and snack time.
