I have decided to start bulking. My metabolism is insanely high so I could have lard intravenously injected into my veins 24/7 and I still wouldnt gain weight. Anyway, For the past few days I have been eating all day long, just constantly eating, sandwhiches, salads, pastas, tuna sammiches, burgers, chicken strips, wraps, anything. I have heard that constantly eating like this speeds up your metabolism so is this a bad move for me? Would it be better to have a set number of big meals a day and stuff myself then or is it ok to just eat all day long? Has anyone else faced this problem?
