Bulking Q

    So i'm doing my best to clean bulk... Spent extra $$ at the grocery store on lean meat, fat free cottage cheese, shit ton of tuna fish...etc...

    now on days i don't lift, should i still be going for 1.5-2x protein/lb

    I've read people who say yes, but i've also read that its a calories in vs calories burned argument... So the extra food would just sit ion my stomach and be excreted or turned into fat....

    yes maintain the same calories everyday

    you don't build the muscle when you work out, its when you're not working that they build

    i attempted to eat less on non workout days, but i seem to get even more hungry when I have nothing else to do

    Thats my q...do i really need to stuff my face given i don't malnourish myself on off days?
