I started my bulk at around 170, ended at about 200. Back pics before and after. Sorry about the lighting change, but I couldn't duplicate it as I don't live at home anymore and the pre-bulk picture was before I went back up to school. I'm 6' btw

BTW, I suck at posing... I can tell I've gotten a bit bigger because my shirts from summer don't fit right around the chest/shoulder area anymore

EDIT: I may also be closer to 180 in the first pic... :squint: I can't remember exactly when I took it, I just know when I started my bulk I was 170 and the first picture was teh closest I had to it

EDIT2: More Pictures, the lighting in my room sucks and washes out everything. Looking at the two back pictures which are more similar I don't see much improvement but the numbers to me speak louder than anything else. Also for reference, my waist in the first picture was roughly 31" and now its ~33" IIRC

I agree, alot of weight has been in the legs also, which i'm kinda happy about. I don't fit in regular fit jeans anymore, I have to wear the comfort fit. My lifts went up substantially although I can't really remember my starting lifts. I was kinda expecting this response because I still can't believe the scale says 200... I even checked 3 different ones because I didn't believe it :noes:

I agree with that one... I'm going to try to get a picture with more similar lighting/similar angle tomorrow, hopefully it will show a little more

if nothing else was gained, I definitely gained strength which to me is the most important thing...

Before the bulk I hadn't lifted in a while and all my muscle had basically left me... my numbers were roughly:

    Bench: 195-200ish
    Squat: 260ish
Dead: 295? I think somewhere around there...

After the bulk they are roughly
    Bench: 250
    Squat: 330
    Dead: 350

I think the majority of the strength that came back was just getting back into the gym though :hs: the first pic was from sometime in september I believe. The second one was from a couple days ago. I don't know how much progress I made in size but at least I feel better getting back into the gym and such, at 170 I had no visible abs, felt kinda out of shape and fat, had no muscle definition (as seen above). I'm starting to feel better now, can tell I actually have some muscle in the abdomen, even though i can barely see it :mamoru: and just feel stronger overall.

I think you look a little bigger in the after pic. The strength gains are all the evidence you need though.

I'm smaller than him and can put up those #'s minus 25lbs on bench.
