i use to get 15 lbs of steak for 25 dollars :) huge hook up at my butcher, like 5 lbs of ground beef, for 8 bucks, dude just find someone that works in a grocery store that can hook you up or a butcher shop, thats what i did and it cut my grocery bill to like a quarter what it use to be.

stock up on shit when its on sale. i buy chicken breast for less than a buck per pound but it still has bone and skin on it, no big deal, rip the skin off and cook it. tuna can be had 3 cans for a buck, whey is cheap, oats are cheap, eggs are 99 cents a dozen. its not that expensive unless you're eating out a lot or you need to have expensive ass cuts of beef and shit.

i dont put oats in my shakes but some people do. i just buy the big ass boxes of quaker oats that have 2 bags in a box, each bag is as big as 2 of those tubs most people buy. old fashion slow cooking oats, or get steel cut oats if u want, i dont like the way they taste though.

i eat em raw. sometimes i put em in a bowl and pour milk over them just like it was cereal, once in a while i throw a scoop or two of whey protein in there too and mix it up and eat it. its good.

I can't wait for my bulking to end, and cheaper living costs is just one of the reasons.
