Bulking Initiated!!1!1

    Wow...

    I never thought I could eat that much....

    Breakfast:
    -2 cups of cereal
    -4 cups of whole milk
    -1 cup of strawberries
    -1.5 cups of bananas
    -1 cup of melon
    -1 cup (227g) of yogurt
    -2 large eggs
    -1.5 cups of cranberry juice

    Lunch:
    -1 cup of spinach (raw)
    -3 cups of romaine lettace
    -2 tbsp. olive oil
    -3 tbsp. dressing
    -1.5 cups of brocolli
    -1.5 cups of celery
    -1 cup of grapes
    -2 cups of brown rice
    -handfull of mixed nuts
    -glass of green tea w/ gensing

    Snack:
    -large orange
    -Chicken breast

    Dinner: (yet to come)
    -Chicken breast
    -can of green beans
    -(not quite sure what else to eat here....sudjestions?)

    :confused:

    EDIT: I just found out that i will also be eating 5 hard boiled eggs aswell...Easter leftovers :mamoru:

    Make 1 more meal a protein shake and you're good to go.

    Do you even have any protein in the diet other than the 2 eggs and 2 chicken breasts?:ugh:

    I doubt that's over 1200 calories. I'm cutting and i eat way more than that.

    All he does is troll, but he is right in what he said. You need a lot more protein than that. At least 40% of your diet should be protein.

    EDIT TO DIET:

    I just found out that i will be eating 5 hard boiled eggs tonight as well.....Easter leftovers haha

    No offense but that diet is shitty. Read stickies and search.. You lack the major ingredient: protein.

    No need in that much protein. Nautilus says you should consume 0.36g per lb of weight you have.

    And I do take offense of you calling my diet shitty. It is quite the opposite.

    A person doesn't have to take-in HUGE amounts of protein to build bigger muscles. The correct training and rest, are much larger factors in the muscle building process, than protein intake.
