I started as a noob 2 weeks ago. I've been lifting 3 times a week but I feel like I can do more. I lifted yesterday and I want to go today cause it feels so damn good. I've gained 8 pounds in the past 2 weeks...I've been eating a lot more and taking creatine, dunno which is the culprit. But I'm addicted to the post-workout "Don't look at me funny or I'll kick your ass" feeling.

lift as many days as you want as long as you split your workouts up enough to guve your muscles time to recover.

That's just it, I feel like I can do the same routine as yesterday because my muscles aren't sore or tired. Don't say I don't work them hard enough because I lift until I can't lift anymore.

Chest and arms have swelled a little bit, but not very noticeable. Gut has actually toned up a little bit.

doms (delayed onset muscle soreness) isn't a good indication of how good yoru workout was.

personally, I liek to lift 3-4 times a week, but some do it 5-6 times a week. Just make sure you give you muscles and CNS enough time to recover (typically-48 hours for a hard workout) and watch your volume to make sure you don't overtrain

You don't have to follow the plan, but it's a good read either way. Search for MAX-OT and download the pdf in the post. Lots of good info.

I would say three at max. You need to allow time for your muscle to rebuild.

I work out on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings.

I have never heard of a suppliement that you take just on days you work out. Most should be taken on a daily basis.

I have seen improvements with Creatine Monohydrate.

I hear ya. I was buying the whey protien at Costco. It was 20 bucks for 10lbs. Basically the same price as the stuff I found on ebay. I guess it worked ok. Nothing real great.
