I started as a noob 2 weeks ago. I've been lifting 3 times a week but I feel like I can do more. I lifted yesterday and I want to go today cause it feels so damn good. I've gained 8 pounds in the past 2 weeks...I've been eating a lot more and taking creatine, dunno which is the culprit. But I'm addicted to the post-workout "Don't look at me funny or I'll kick your ass" feeling.
