    15 years old, 132lbs, 5'11.
Current short term goal is 10lbs in 1 month.

    So far today I've had

    (In N Out)
    3 Cheeseburgers Animal Style (480+ Calories/Each)
Fries Animal Style/Well Done (400+ Calories)
    Large Pepsi
    Muscle Milk
2 Hot Pockets (380 Calories Each)

I'm also trying to eat as much protein as I can.

Eating this much, plus another snack later and dinner tonight, is my 10lb in 1 month goal reasonable? I'm also working out/lifting heavier.

Forgot to add I'm also in 5g of creatine a day.

Typically you should aim to gain a 1lb a week...but being a noob and young you could probably gain 10lbs in a month but most it will probably be fat.

Go to fitday.com and calculate the total calories youre getting

To get 10 lbs heavier (fat), you'd have to eat around 1200 cals over maintenance, everyday. Do the math.

Nah he'll get his best gains now. 10lbs in a month @ 133 is definitely not impossible.

    Eat healthy.

Unless you just don't care, in which case, dirty bulk your heart out.

Cut out the crap (pretty much all of it). Eat better carbs (brown rice, oats etc instead of fries and whatnot).

Replace your greasy cheeseburgers with better sources of protein. Like chicken breasts. Do you have a Foreman? If you do, cooking up chicken breasts wouldn't be a problem.

Get some Essential Fatty Acids...Instead of eating crap for snacks, eat peanuts or almonds or something.

Also, no one is saying that you can't have a slice of pizza or something every now and again. It just isn't healthy to have all of that processed crap as mainstays in your diet. If you eat better, your gains should be better and your heart will thank you later.

I tried the dirty bulk and it ended being counter-productive for me, not to mention it's very unhealthy
eat healthy and work hard on your lifts (form > weight)

    I practically followed this guideline:

you're young, so I don't think you should have that hard of time to gain weight
