Bulking for the first time.

    So I want to bulk for the first time.
    I weight 162 and I'm 6 ft.
    Is there some kind of equation I should use to figure out how many calories I need to take in a day?
    Is there a good way for me to do this?
    What should I eat?
    How do I figure out what foods have how many calories?

    I am basically looking for all the advise and information anyone can give me.

    aim for 4500 cals of whole foods.

    chicken
    beef
    potatoes
    veggies
    cottage cheese
    nuts
    fish

    if you want a cheesburger have it. or four.
