So I'm trying a semi lean bulk (eating quite a bit but keeping the carbs and fats in check) and I realized that the more I eat, the hungrier I get.

At night I'm usually fucking starving and I'm trying to do the no white at night (no sugars, other carbs).

Anyone have some late night snack ideas?

I don't have brotein powder now because food seems to work just as good.:eek3:

    ;)

    my favorite late night snack:

tuna+cottage cheese+mango salsa mix and :yum:

its mostly brotein, relatively low carb and its nice to have a bit of slow digesting casein before bed.

edit: i forgot to mention how horrific it looks...i mean it looks just like puke....but it tastes great

If you're hungry at night - eat!

I was holding back on late night eating when i first started, bcause i had the misconception that it would ahve negative effects. If you're trying to put on weight - your body needs the energy.

IMHO, The only thing you should be even remotely concerned about eating late night is shitty carbs, or too many carbs on days you're not training.

    Cool. Thanks man.

I'm working on listening to my body.

I need to watch my carbs and not eat everything in sight.
