I'm interested some of the cheapest ways to eat on a bulking diet. I'm a junior in college and want to start a diet and routine with the start of my semester to keep me focused becoming a stronger individual. I need discipline and if I don't discipline myself no one will. Just don't have much money at the moment and want to get started eating right. This kind of leads me to another question: how much variation is necessary in the diet? I'm off campus and pretty much broke right now. Are eggs, bacon, dried fruits, pasta, chicken, etc, enough to bulk with a protein supplement? I'm a skinny kid with absolutely no body fat, but I've done some basic routines on and off and been doing a pushup/sit up routine at home for about a year now so I've kept a "tone," I'm just small and weak. It all comes down to eating and I want to eat right. I used to eat pretty unhealthily (though nothing compared to others I've seen in college) but I've started to feel more just "disgusting" inside when I eat nasty foods or sometimes think of them. I really just need a diet plan worked out to get started and a routine, but I wanted to get my grocery list started first. Thanks.
