I'm interested some of the cheapest ways to eat on a bulking diet. I'm a junior in college and want to start a diet and routine with the start of my semester to keep me focused becoming a stronger individual. I need discipline and if I don't discipline myself no one will. Just don't have much money at the moment and want to get started eating right.

This kind of leads me to another question: how much variation is necessary in the diet? I'm off campus and pretty much broke right now. Are eggs, bacon, dried fruits, pasta, chicken, etc, enough to bulk with a protein supplement? I'm a skinny kid with absolutely no body fat, but I've done some basic routines on and off and been doing a pushup/sit up routine at home for about a year now so I've kept a "tone," I'm just small and weak. It all comes down to eating and I want to eat right. I used to eat pretty unhealthily (though nothing compared to others I've seen in college) but I've started to feel more just "disgusting" inside when I eat nasty foods or sometimes think of them. I really just need a diet plan worked out to get started and a routine, but I wanted to get my grocery list started first. Thanks.

    15dozen eggs from costco: $15
    15lbs of chicken breast: $20
Bags of rice from anywhere: Cheap as fuck
    4cup boxes of pasta: $1-2
    Potatoes: Cheap as fuck

Just from pasta/rice I clear 2k calories a day easy.

So this is okay if I throw in some veggies too?

I don't mind a lack of variation, I just want to bulk healthily. If I do this right I know I have the potential to look good as fuck.

I remember a buddy of mine in highschool started bulking and he was skinnier than I am. He'd be eating chicken and pasta every single class we were in. He got pretty beast. I think he was taking a creatine supplement eventually as well but I don't know anything about anything except protein and carbs.

I just need to get into an eating routine and stretch this stomach out. I need some healthy consistency.
