Bulking diet, any changes or suggestions I should make?

    Been following this fairly strictly since september 1st, and eating one cheat meal every sunday (i.e pizza, chinese food, mc donalds etc) I'm up from 186 to 198 and my strength is up as well. Seems like I finally found my target range. I'm doing cardio 3x a week to make sure fat gain doe'nt come on too strong :bigthumb:
