    i'm 6'7, 225 lbs.

i have class from 11:30 to 1:30 so i don't have a good breakfast even though i know i should.. but here it is

wake up @ 11: 1 cup lowfat strawberry yogurt OR 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, hand full of peanuts, 1 hardboiled egg, glass of 2% milk

1:45: 4 scrambled eggs with minced onion and cheddar cheese, 4 peices bacon, 2 hashbrown patties baked, 1 glass 2% milk

2:30: lift for about 80 minutes

    4:00: 48g whey with 2% milk

4:15: peanut butter/banana sandwich on white bread (lots of PB), 5 oz. canned tuna, 1 glass of milk

7:00: 8 oz. skinless chicken breast, 2 cups of whole green beans, 1 hard boiled egg, glass of cranberry juice.. every other day I add 8 oz. of salmon (too expensive so i can't do it often)

9:00: 2 oz. cheddar cheese and 8 or 10 slices of packaged chicken on saltine crackers, class of OJ.... OR 2 cups chili with beans topped with cheddar cheese

anytime later on... snack on peanuts, cottage cheese, maybe 1 microwaved bean and cheese burrito.

i know i need more protein but i've been bumming off my roommates Cytogainer, i just ordered some though so i'll add another 54g shake in there soon :hsd:

at least 2 lbs of top rounds or chicken breast per day (preferably top rounds).
54g protein shake x 3 per day at least (put what ever you want in it)
More starches and oats for carbs (at least 400-500g) a day and get rid of the fatty crappy buritos/junk food and shit like that. I mean you can eat that stuff but dont make it an essential part of your diet.

Lots o carbs lots of protein try to eat 5-7 meals per day.

oatmeal is good for a late night snack because its very low in fat and high in everything else.
it does contain carbs, but since they are complex they aren't really the devil. its the overall caloric intake per day that will build fat, putting some carbs in your stomach at night (as long as you count them in your daily total) won't hurt, and will let you sleep better.

You can't wake up earlier than 11am? That's pathetic.

Just put your alarm clock at the other end of your room.

    Step 1: Ring
    Step 2: Curse
Step 3: Walk over and turn it off
Step 4: Now you're standing up and awake
    Step 5: ???
    Step 6: Profit

    shazam

you're a huge pussy. If you wanted it, you'd get up earlier. Why are you even here if you can't get up at a reasonable hour to train? Enjoy college, because you're going to be a fat lazy fuck when you get done.
