Bulking and cutting...

    How long do you usually bulk and cut for? I plan on bulking for the winter season and cutting for summer. If I wanted to be well into a cut for the summer when should I start? I don't know how long it will take. I know "everyone is different", but in general how long would it take. I'm male, 18, 5'8 if that helps. I don't know my BF%, but I know for sure it's nothing lower than 10 and probably no higher than 18 or 20. Any help?

    Yeah well, if anything it was oversimplified. I've never cut, so I wouldn't know how I cut either. Hence the advice. Like I said, I plan on bulking for the rest of the winter months, I don't know how fat I'll be then, because to be honest I've never bulked either. All I know is I'll have more fat than I'd care to have, at maybe 180 or so. So if I wanted to be well into it for the start of summer, lets say around June, then when would I have to stop bulking and start cutting to have a lot of the fat off? And any question asked on F&N makes you mildly retarded.

    it all depends on how fucking fat you are, but if you're midly fat as shit start cutting the end of feb/beginning of march

    You can loose about 1-2 punds per week cutting while maintiaining muscle mass, if you weighed 180 at the end of the cutting cycle, and had 22% BF
    you would need to loose about 20 pounds or so to get to 10-12%
