I'm thinking about dropping some weight from the current 8rm stuff, and going to 20-25 rep stuff. Any thoughts?

The only time I ever go that high is occasionally for legs. You consider 8 reps to be low?

    it's called periodization :hsugh:

    Here's an example:

    Week 1: 3 x 10
    Week 2: 3 x 10, 3 x 8
    Week 3: 8/6/4/8/6/4
    Week 4: 2 x 8, 2 x 5

i usually do low reps (4-8 for me) and high (12-15) in the same workout

    e.g. 5x5 squats
    3x12 leg press

    or something.
