Yes, I know bulk for the winter. The problem is I play :highschool: football and barely get in a good lift a week. The weekends I usually work and the gym closes by the time I'm done.... I've gained a lot of weight, a lot of fat, since the summer. I'm now at 210-215 at 6'1. My waist is at a 36-38 and all my pants dont fit anymore. Should I just screw it and bulk for the rest of the winter? Or cut, I'll post pics toinght.
