bulk nutrition vs. 1fast400?

    same site? is 1fast400 a referrer or something?

    just got my ON vanilla. DAMN this is good stuff.. they definately improved the texture since my last order.. hehe..

    btw, anyone try this scivation stuff? i got a sample of neurostim (tyrolean). what is it? i also see a lot of info on Xtend, which just seems to be BCAAs.

    good for focus/clarity.. some report weight loss and endurance boosts

    hmm so it contains choline, tyrosine and carnitine.
    now, if carnitine uses fatty acids to produce energy, i would assume EFAs anad carnitine should provide a nice combo, yes?

    Not sure exactly how you came to that, kind of, but not sure why you would use EFA's for that.. carnitine carries fatty acids into the mitochondria of cells such as skeletal and cardiac muscles, which use fatty acids as an energy source, fatty acids pulled from within the body itself...

    but EFA's are good... and the two would probably be good to supplement if cutting

    sounds like you know how, since you answered my question with what i assumed to see. lol
    take in the EFAs and supp with carnitine to help remove them effectively.

    it's alright. been having it with either water or with some mpi as well and it's decent.

    i like my on double chocolate with carb countdown milk.

    vanilla with OJ = orange popscicle
    vanilla with water = like a vanilla milk..
    i think thas my new fav flavor :big grin:
