    Thanks guys.

I started working out at like 175lbs when I was about 20. Then I was at 190-195lbs forever (about how much I was in that 2nd pic). That pic was taken last winter around Jan I think. I started eating as much as I could and as clean as I could in May of this year. My aim was for 6000 cals a day but I think i'm getting more like 4000 a day, it makes my stomach hurt to even think about eating like steveO. Then someone slapped some sense into me and I started working legs hard and doing dead lifts. Before that my leg and back work outs were pretty pathetic.

I just take lots of protein shakes, MRP bars when i'm in school, and a weight gainer shake in the morning. I guess i'm natrually lean, even on a bulk. I'm really hoping to hit at least 220lbs before the winter is over. :noes:

Shit, nice work. Being 6'3 myself, I know how hard it is to get anywhere.

The big 25, never stopped working out since I started but those first few years my workouts were pretty horrid. (No squats, deadlifts, poor back routine)
