Probably been asked a million times, but I couldnt' find a good answer in when I searched.

Just got some the other day, and I'm already sick of trying to drink it straight. What do y'all mix your CEE with?

On a side note, when do you take your CEE, pre or post workout?

I stick a spoon of it in my mouth and then quickly wash it down with OJ. I tried mixing it with stuff and then drinking it but you end up tasting too much of it (unless you mix it with a large volume of liquid).

I don't mix it with anything, I just scoop it into my mouth and drink some water after.

I do a shot glass of water, a spoonfull of cee and a spoonfull of country time lemonade. it just tastes like a super sour warhead, swish some water around your mouth after you take the shot and it's fine :dunno:

Orange Juice works the best for masking the sour taste.... but I usually take it with a shot of gatorade. I take once serving (about 3g) before and after my workout about 4 times a weeks.
