bulk as im lifting or eat less cal?

    im 5'7, 200lb, 19 y/o.

    i spend 5 days a week, 1.5 hours a day at the gym lifting weights. should i consider eating fewer cals or more cals if im lifting hard?

    i have a belly and itd be great to lose it as well.

    if you need to lose your belly, you need to cut cals
