    Quick read through..

    Upper days = bench press with a % ala 5/3/1 but not with the 5/3/1.

    Do bodybuilding work after.

    Do some form of hard cardio (running, complexes) after lifting

    why do you do cardio after lifting?

    Depleted glycogen stores lead to increased fat loss, supposedly. Plus it's easier to lift then run, than run then lift.

    Its a monkey see monkey do hobby. Unless your a pro or 100% trying to be a pro in bb or strength sports then I don't see the need for it.
