I've been working out for just over a year now, and have seen significant results in strength, and size in places other than my pecs it seems. Sure they've grown, but not really in proportion with the rest of my muscles. I'm 6'4", 218lbs, my 1rep max for bench is 235 (see pic below), does anyone have a good routine to develop mass in the pectoral region?

Currently my chest routine consists of:
    flat bb bench
    incline db
decline bb bench or parallel dips
    cable crossovers
    straight arm pullovers
    machine flys

    any suggestions? thanks

Try to get your chest to grow with mild pectus excavatum. Its not easy.

well it depends on your goal, i myself am cutting till im 10% bf or so before i bulk again. my goals arent as much for strength as a better looking body though, some people want pure strength and mass, some want to be ripped and skinny w/ definition and the rest are in between. bulk if you want strength, cut if you want looks.

whats your rep/set scheme like? how many calories do you eat per day?

my guess is your working your chest too much and not eating enough. (I learned a while ago, even though I thought I was eating tons, I wasn't eating nearly enough)
