    www.newyorkbarbells.com

pick up a squat rack, adjustable bench, DB handles, power bar, lat/low row station, and find weights locally

    word.

though i hate db handles, a full set is just too expensive for personal use.

for personal use, buying DBs doesnt really make sense... they are way too much money. Look on craigslist, sometimes people just simply want to get rid of them and will let them go for cheap. the powerblocks are one of the most commonly returned items at sports authority... they suck. Get some good handles and good collars and you can make your own DBs for a fraction of the cost and you can adjust them.

Craig's List ftw. There have been about a dozen power racks on there locally over the past 6 months or so. Be patient. Weights are even more common. At any given time, there are a bunch of weight plates available.
