    Building my home gym!

    Elliptical machine
    Squat / Dead lift Rack
    Adjustable bench
Seated cafe raise machine (Or something else someone can suggest)
    Pull up and dip station

1 large bar for squats and dead lifts
1 EZ bar for French curls and arm curls
    Dumbbells, plates yada yada yada

    Am I forgetting something??

My gym is great it has everything you could want but waiting for equipment is a pain in the ass. Ok so I have a budget of 3500 total. This will be going in my new house that I’m building and I will also need padded flooring. Any other advice for the home gym people on this board.

use horse stall mats for the flooring

    50 bucks for a 4x8 piece 1/2 inch thick

    www.newyorkbarbells.com for the equipment

try play it again sports for some stuff

what you buy is up to you, I don't know anything about you or your fitness goals so I don't know what to tell you on that end

Thank you, Well I have been lift and doing cardio for over a year and 1/2. My goals are just not to stop doing it and remain injury free. Everything else will come in time. The main point of having a home gym is more time at home. I already work 50-65 hours a week and my new home with have a pool. I want to be able to train when I can instead of when the gym is open. Plus I getting sick of driving to the gym and paying fees for my wife and I when I can have a great home gym. The room is 22x18.

I need to do dead lifts, squats,

Going to search for that. Do you have any idea what I can do for cafe rasies?? I guess I can just use the squat rack. But I like to do them seated.
