300$ budget for Components and Amp

I'm trying to spend under 300$ (with installation) for a 2way amp and component speakers. btw I have a 94 Integra GSR w/ a Eclipse 3414 HU and Alpine Type-S 2-way speakers right now.

    After some research, ive found:

    Alpine MRP-T220
    2/1 Channel V-Power Series Amplifier

    +

    Infinity 5 1/4" Component Speakers (5000CS)

    both are about $100 each.

I'm thinking I can probably install the component speakers myself, but not so sure about the amp. how much does it usually run for installing each?
Open to any suggestions or changes

The amp isn't hard to install, hardest part is running the wires, at least in my case. The comps too me awhile since I had to custom mount them, and make the mounting bracket.
Saved myself over $200 in installation fee's doing it all myself. First system as well, so it doesn't take a genious to do it ;) I've always been handy with that sorta thing anyway though...so that helped..

When I got a quote for installation it was $15 a door for the custom mount, then another $75 to mount the comps. The for ever how much the wiring kit costs ($30 at Walmart, to a couple hundered from a shop with RCA's, ordered mine off eBay for about $100 with good RCA's), I don't remember how much they were charging for amp installation.

    Hope that helps :)

I hope you're not buying all that because of the Alpine tag...
