Does anyone know nutritional information for buffalo wings (non-breaded, bone-in) and how healthy they are?

I don't know if they're talking about breaded or not. I was looking for Wingstop nutritional info specifically, but I can't find it.

Most BBQ sauce (and almost any sauce) have sugar in it.

    I fucking love chicken wings..

That being said, I believe I read somewhere that naked wings with just a generic hot sauce is like ~60cal a wing..

Adds up quick. As long as you're not cutting, you're fine..

:hsughno: i really like hooters wings, i dont understand why people bash them. I've had BW3's, wingstop, and other restaurant's wings but i like hooters the best.

What place's wings do you like better?

Most wings come loaded with sauce on them which is typically sugar dense.

edit: and if they are traditional buffalo wings the sauce is usually a couple tb of butter to a cup or so of hot sauce.

BW3/Buffalo Wild Wing's is quite possibly the best wings evar. I never have wing size issues here? They are always huge?

    Actually researching starting my own..

Yea, unfortunately I live in Chicago burbs so I guess my options are limited :hsughno:

I don't like Buffalo wild wings that much though. I only go for tuesdays .35 cent wing nights. Their wings are puny! Need more meat :big grin:
I LOVE chili's boneless buffalo wings tho. Lots of meat and tastes really good, only problem is that they're not as spicy as I would like optimally.
