I've been trying to setup the webaccess for a Buffalo NAS (Linkstation Gigabit). The settings inside the NAS are the following:

    Web Access Service: Enable
    HTTPS/SSL Encryption: Disable
    Use BuffaloNAS.com: Enable
    BuffaloNAS.com Name: (typed)
    BuffaloNAS.com Key: (typed)
    DNS Hostname: Blocked box
    Auto-Configure Firewall (UPnP): Disable
    External Port: 9000

Port 9000 is also opened on my 2wire dsl modem/router (yes, i know...it's crappy). Here are the modem/router settings:

    TCP selected
    port range: 9000 to 9000
    TCP timeout: 86400
    Host port: 9000

Everything works but I can't log in at www.buffalonas.com. It gives me a pop-up login/pw box, but no combination seems to work. Is this an issue with my router, login information (which username should be used? computer's, router config, or webaccess?), or other?

Many thanks, this has been driving me crazy.

    :)
