    doesn't seem "budget" to me.. pretty similar to what i am trying to build.

    if you have a microcenter near you, they have D0 i7 920's for $199.

    they also have the antec 300 case for $45.

    Make sure you don't skimp on the psu as it's a vital component

    By budget I meant not spending a lot more than a grand on a rig.

    Will I have an fitment issues with the 4890 and probably a couple additional hdds? I dont think I will just want to double check.

    This. Don't skimp on PSU. I think hec's is more of a mid-range brand in terms of quality so I'd recommend going with a more reputable brand like Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, or OCZ. The ~$90 you save from buying CPU @ MC would cover PSU. You can also add a little more money to your left over savings and bump up GPU to 58XX but that depends on what games you'll be playing and whether you care about the directx 11/eyefinity.

    Antec is good.
    Some others to consider besides the ones already mentioned are seventeam, seasonic, fsp group and enermax.
